Ticket Donations

Don’t let your ticket go unused.  If you are unable to attend a performance, please recycle your ticket by returning it to: the Washington Center Box Office, 512 Washington St SE, Olympia, Washington 98501 or to the Olympia Symphony office.  Although we are unable to provide refunds, you will receive a tax credit receipt by mail.  Concerts are in demand so the return of your ticket will allow someone else to purchase and attend.

About Your Ticket Price

The price of your ticket reflects less than 30% of the cost of presenting concerts.  Please consider a tax-deductible contribution.  Donations may be mailed to the Symphony Office.  For more information, please contact the Kathy Thornton, Development Director.

Ticket Replacement

Lost or misplaced tickets can be replaced with a lost ticket pass.  Contact the Box Office at 753-8586.

Concert Information

Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the house manager.
Disabled seating:Wheelchairs can be accommodated at the rear of the orchestra level.
Concert Courtesies:Please disconnect electronic signals, paging devices and cellular telephones.  If you require emergency contact you may leave the usher’s cell phone number 402-8586 along with your name and seat location.  If you have a hearing device, please adjust so that it will not disrupt the concert.  Thank you!

The Washington Center for the Performing Arts is a non-smoking facility.

Photography and recording devices are not allowed in the concert hall.

Ensembles affiliated with the Olympia Symphony Orchestra
In addition to performing with the OSO, many orchestra members belong to small ensembles that are available to play for special events.  If you are interested in hiring an ensemble, contact the OSO office for a complete list.

Junior Patron Education Program

As a part of our mission to enrich, educate and entertain an expanding audience, the Junior Patron Program allows students to attend Sunday dress rehearsals in the Washington Center for the Performing Arts for free.  If your youth group is interested in participating, contact the OSO office.

Student Rush Tickets

Bring your student ID to the Washington Center Box Office thirty minutes prior to the concert to purchase any available seat for half-price plus the $2 ticketing fee.
