Education Concert

Education Concert for elementary and middle schools

Schools who have signed up through the OSO office will be bussed to the Washington Center for the Performing Arts to experience a live symphony orchestra concert.  Maestro Huw Edwards will cover everything from concert etiquette to music history, and will have demonstrations of each section of the orchestra.  Children will hear selections from the October 5th concert, and teachers will have the opportunity to prepare for this event by receiving a lesson plan with vocabulary for their class.  For more information, contact the Olympia Symphony Office.
